How do you ship products/orders?

Wavy8 utilizes a third party delivery service which offers you a fair donation rate to cover shipping, free on orders over $125. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on various factors like order size or distance.

How long do I need to wait for my order to arrive?

It takes 1-4 business days to process and then ship your order. Ex. If you place an order on Friday, it may not process until at least Monday. From there it will get packed and shipped out to you based on your shipping method.

How do I pay?

We have set the most discreet method of payment; unfortunately credit cards are not very discreet.

For now, we accept payment via CashApp and Bitcoin. Please follow the instructions on the payment page in order to complete your order.

How long can items be returned?

Unfortunately because these are perishable items we can not accept returns or make any changes to your order once shipped. If you have any problems with your order, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee!
